At Lamorinda CrossFit you have a choice of various fitness programs, all designed to help you achieve the results you desire.

We started as a simple CrossFit Gym in 2009. Over the years, we have grown and evolved, along with our clients.

We now offer a variety of programs including CrossFit, ThriveFit and Race Training.

CROSSFIT

CrossFit is a comprehensive, high-intensity, and varied workout approach that builds strength, cardiovascular health, and stamina through functional movements and a strong community.
CrossFit aims to improve overall work capacity by developing 10 physical skills, such as power, balance, and coordination, through constantly varied exercises like weight training, gymnastics, and cardio.
Your coaches are athletes as well. They’ll explain movements, guide you through classes, and help you achieve the results you want to see.

StrengthLIIT

StrengthLIIT (Lower Intensity Interval Training) is a comprehensive workout program blending lower-intensity interval training and resistance training to build strength, cardiovascular health, and muscle mass while supporting hormonal balance as we age.

It prevents chronic cortisol elevation, helping maintain muscle mass and regulate the body’s cortisol rhythm, allowing levels to normalize post-workout.

KETTLEBELL

Kettlebell class delivers varied, high-intensity workouts using the kettlebell as the primary tool. It emphasizes:

  • ballistic movements,
  • unilateral training,
  • anti-rotational/stability demands,
  • offering unique benefits for core strength, functional fitness, and overall power.

Peak & Pace Running Club

Our running classes focus on optimizing cadence, pace, speed, and form to boost efficiency, endurance, and core strength while minimizing injury risk.

We meet on trails and at tracks to vary all ways of running and race training.

All running levels are encouraged as we focus on meeting you where you are and helping you to your goal of getting better.
